How It Works and Fees

At Platinum Mind Therapy, we ensure that your therapeutic journey is smooth, clear, and effective. Here’s an overview of the steps to get started with us:

Step 1 – Book a Complimentary Initial Consultation

The first step is to book a free, no-obligation consultation either face-to-face or via Zoom. This consultation allows us to understand your challenges and your goals. It’s also a great opportunity for you to explore the services we offer, ask questions, and determine if we are the right fit for you. We’ll use this session to understand your needs and decide if therapy is suitable for you.

Step 2 – Book Your First Therapy Session

After your consultation, if you decide to proceed, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. We will then arrange a date and time for your first therapy session. We’re here to work with you at a pace that suits you.

Step 3 – Make Payment

Each session costs £200, payable by cash, bank transfer, or through an online payment link. Payment is required 48 hours prior to your session to confirm your booking. Once we agree on a session time, you’ll receive a link to complete your payment.

Step 4 – Complete the Booking Form

We will send you a link to complete the Booking Form electronically, for you to complete and submit prior to your appointment. This helps us understand your background and ensure we’re ready to dive straight into your work together.

Step 5 – Your First Therapy Session

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Before the first session starts, you will be requested to electronically signs our Terms and Conditions and Consent Forms for treatment and CCTV recording of the sessions. We aim to ensure that every session feels comprehensive and leaves you feeling supported. Most clients experience significant progress within 1 to 5 sessions, though more complex issues may require additional sessions.

Step 6 – Review and Schedule Further Sessions

After your first session, we’ll review your progress and determine whether additional sessions are needed. Sessions are ideally spaced 1 to 2 weeks apart but can be scheduled more frequently if required. We aim to provide a supportive, flexible approach throughout your journey.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. This ensures that we can offer the best experience to all clients.

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and safety of our clients. All sessions are securely monitored with CCTV for your peace of mind, and we adhere to strict GDPR protocols. All personal data is handled responsibly and is accessible only by authorised personnel.

Terms & Conditions

  • Age Restriction: Our services are only available to individuals over 18 years of age.
  • Suitability Assessment: Clients must undergo an assessment to determine their suitability for hypnotherapy. We do not accept clients with severe mental illness or psychosis, or those under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Consent: A consent form must be signed upon booking, and we reserve the right to refuse treatment in cases of abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Accompaniment: While you may bring an adult to the initial consultation, treatment sessions are conducted on a one-to-one basis.
  • Self-Payment Only: We only accept self-paying clients for our services.
